SN Architects is a Namibian based Professional Architectural practice registered with the Namibian Council of Architects & Quantity Surveyors under Act 13 of 1979 as well as the Namibian Institute of Architects. Established in 2018, the company draws on a broad range of experience with 20 years in the construction industry. With an emphasis on medium to large scale projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential and Tourism sectors, the firm employs the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, 3D-modelling techniques and photo-realistic representations to deliver clients aspirations. The firm is a solution based practice that seeks to establish a systematic approach to achieve the client’s project goals while ensuring a coordinated approach to planning Integration, functionality and resource optimization in order to ensure the best return on investment for our clients.

New 8920m2 tertiary hospital including public waiting areas, domestic veterinary consultation areas, minor operations, day treatment wards, isolations wards, major surgery areas, recovery wards. Staff Offices, Auditorium facilities and animal enclosures.
WUTOW WAREHOUSE & DISTRIBUTION CENTER

New 13 000m2 Warehouse, Office block and food distribution center for road transport.
TIMBILA NATURE RESERVE PRIVATE RESIDENCE.
New private residence with nature and the environment in mind, including off-grid power and grey water treatment plants.
UNIVERSITY OF NAMIBIA. SCHOOL OF VETERINARY MEDICINE – WILD LIFE UNIT AT NEUDAMM ACADEMIC HOSPITAL

Academic Wildlife Unit comprising of small and large game enclosures, large herbivore enclosures, buffalo pens, white and black rhino enclosures, lecture rooms, student accommodation and ancillary facilities including food storage and distribution.
